Pole barn double bubble insulation and roof leaks?

I just ordered the materials to put up my metal ceiling and R38 insulation. However I'm not sure if the double bubble insulation/condensation barrier that's nailed up to the bottoms of my purlins should be removed before I install the ceiling? My main concern is condensation that will drip down on the ceiling insulation and potential roof leaks that I won't be able to see.

So my choices are leave the double bubble, install ceiling, and ceiling insulation or rip down the double bubble and then install the ceiling and insulation. What would you do?

Leave the double bubble. It will prevent condensation which long term is more likely to cause issues than leaks. Down the road (10-15 years) walk the roof and inspect, especially the washers.
