Pole barn entrance low check out pic please

Trying to figure out what needs to be done so I can pour concrete floor. The entrance is 20 inches lower tapers from back to front 20 inches.

Well either bring in some fill for both the pad and the entrance. Or you could pour stem walls and then slab on grade. That wouldn't be my preference but it would save you some work. Why didn't you just grade the pad and build on a flat surface?.

What you do not want is a "ramp" right outside your door.
Keep the apron grade the same as the floor grade.
It is a real PITA to pull something up hill just to get it inside.

One load of dense grade came today 3 more loads tommorow plane is to put a around 8 inches down tamp with compactor and repete until floor is built up enough to put 6 inch slab on. Don't see anyway around ramp. Thanks for comments.
