Getting ready to insulate my post frame garage/pole barn and I am looking for advice.

About the project: Located in northern Ohio. 24x44x10 - scissor truss 4ft on center, drip stop applied to the underside of steel at the factory before install, vented soffit eves and ridge vent. I want to heat the space on weekends with a propane heater and or/diesel torpedo heater to work on various projects for a few years until budget allows for a gas line and new furnace.

My question is if I am going to install a steel panel ceiling with unfaced batt insulation above, should I install a vapor barrier between the insulation and steel?

As for the walls, I installed 1 1/2" rigid foam in between the exterior purlins, considered then using unfaced insulation batts after framing between the posts and was going to use steel or plywood/osb to finish. Is the rigid foam going to trap moisture from exiting? Should a vapor barrier again be used between the unfaced insulation and steel/wood?
