I have been looking at this site for a while. I built a pole barn and want to insulate it. First question. Steel side, should I put vapor barrier on perils to leave 1.50' between insulation and steel. Then insulation. Or insulate then plastic over it. So confused. Will keep it above freezing all year and heat up during work. Will also need help with ceiling. Starting with walls

If you're asking about walls the horizontal boards are girts. I built mine with commercial girts and had it insulated by pros. They used unfaced insulation against the metal in between the girts then vapor barrier over that. I then covered the walls with sheeting.
