Pole barn layout

I have a 30x48 pole barn that I am thinking of sectioning off and having that part heated during the winter. I will insulate the whole pole barn with R-15 since it is the highest I can go with 2x4 construction. Ceiling will also be insulated. For a heat source I have so far a 40,000 BTU pellet stove and I live in southeaster wisconsin area. Section I was thinking was a third of it so 30x16. Looking for input or any thoughts since this is my first one.

I've got a 30x40x12(sure wish I had your extra 8'), the back 16ft was seperated off by the previous owner. He made the ceiling 8' using 2x12 joists, and then built a floor above it leaving a storage area up between the rafters. Works great for cold storage.
