pole barn or post & beam

Anybody ever use Socketsystems building systems for a small garage?
I want to build a 24 x 40 garage & am considering Socketsystems or just a regular Pole Barn. Kind of want to do this myself for the self satisfaction.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
