pole barn partial enclosed

hey guys my pole barn is comping along pretty good. i have a question though. what is the best way to enclose the gable end that will be 14 feet under the roof. i have chicken trusses and I am enclosing 2 bays and leaving one open. what is the best way to seal the top with all the purlins running perpendicular to the wall that i am putting up?
