Getting quotes on a shop.

40x80x20 with 30' opening on both end walls, is $61,000 turn key with 6" of concrete.

40x80x16 with 6" of concrete and 30' opening in both end walls. turn key is $48,000.

That price does not include the site prep, I'm doing something diffrent with that.

How normal do these numbers sound?

Thanks

Those prices actually look pretty good but I'm no expert on pole building prices. When I was considering a pole building for my new shop the prices I got for a 50x60x16 fully insulated, electrical and turn key with a 50x40 section sheetrocked, prepped and painted then surface mounted electrical with the other 20x50 area being insulated only and minimal lighting for RV storage I had quotes from high $70k's to mid $80k dollar range. That was also a brick wainscoting on the front and two sides but have now opted to go with footings, foundation and stick garage out of 2x6's.

That is also for here in northern Utah. I am sure prices will vary by region.

Mike.
