I was just curious on your opinions.
For those that have built Pole barns to use as a finished shop.
Did you frame inbetween the posts or just use some other wall covering to span between them?

My thinking if you frame between them it would be easier to hang shelves

Or

Just use the huge sheets/blankets of insulation and metal liner panel.
easy quick and clean walls no shelving. Just use racking

I am in the process right now on my 40x50. I am running horizontal 2x4's between my posts so the metal will be flush on the inside just like the outside.

I have been pricing it out and I think im going to do 24" centers. i can use insulation from menards that is always on sale vs buying the big pole barn rolls that cost a lot more per sq ft. my calculations are i can frame and insulate for same price as the big rolls.

Framing it out gives you the option of shelves and cabinets if desired. Also gives you a place to run wire and hang boxes.
