Pole barn walk in door installed incorrectly?

I'm getting ready for concrete in my barn and one thing I keep coming back to is how the walk in door is installed. I'm worried that the untreated 2x6 lumber isn't going to last long if I pour concrete around it. Can you all take a look at the pictures below and let me know if there is a better way to frame this door opening or if I'm just overthinking this?

you have a valid concern. Personally (IMO) there should be a concrete sill poured for the door to sit on where the wood is

Shouldn't the untreated lumber on the ground holding up entire barn be just as much of a concern?

The whole thing looks kinda hokey to me. Single jacks and no real header, osb way too close to grade, non treated lumber at or below grade.

Never seen it done that way. I would remove the wood and build a frame that holds the concrete under the door for when they pour.

my doors the metal threshold sets on top of the treated 2x8 rim board (I think they may have notched it so the bottom of the door would set flush with the pour)

Ok sounds like the consensus is that the door needs to come out. What should I do about the framing? Can I just remove the part of the untreated lumber that's currently below grade and then reinstall the door with the threshold sitting directly on the new concrete?

Can’t tell by the photo but is the vertical piece attached to a truss at the top or some other critical part? We always use a pt post on both sides of the doors .. might be able to take vertical piece out and possible dig a hole and fill with concrete when 5hey do the floor ,then place a post or something on top of the floor for your door frame..

No, neither side is attached to a post. The two vertical boards look like they're just attached to the girts and the bottom 2x8 grade board. They don't go all the way up to the ceiling.

Your photo shows exactly how mine is installed. I have had problems. I would concur to remove door and replace when concrete is installed.

Agree with you to remove the door before laying the concrete. The door framing looks inadequate as well but may suit your needs for the next few years. But long term, it doesn't look very strong.

Is the other lumber that is below grade or will be in contact with the concrete treated wood? If not, I think you need to address that issue as well.
