Pole barn wall question

I wanted to somewhat put insulation in my 24x40 pole barn. It will be for the every now and then working outside when its cold. I have 10' walls with 4x6 posts every 8'. I have put the Rmax (silver on both sides) 1.5" foam boards between the girts. I'm going to use osb between the posts.
My question is do I screw the osb directly to the 2x4 girts or some how create a space with 1x or 2x between the girts and osb?

That is the problem with trying to finish out the interior of a pole barn, you end up studding the inside to have something to screw the OSB to. I believe a common practice is to use a treated bottom plate, and stud between your posts for your wall. This will give you a surface to attach more insulation and an attachment point for the OSB. I was trying to avoid framing it out. I dont want to add any more insulation at this time. I just didn't know if I had to leave some space between the USB and foam board. If I had to frame it, could I put the 2x4's flat against the wall (24" OC) or would they have to be on edge?

Just screw it to the girts if you don't want to add any R-13 or R-19.
