Pole barn wall shelf brackets

Looking 4 wall shelf bracket ideas like the one that you see in the picture. The one that you seen the pictures about 70 bucks and I don't feel like spending that much. Nail a 2x4 or 2x6 to the side of the post, perpendicular to the wall. Brace it with an angle piece of wood if you're going to store something that's really heavy. Kind of depends what you are storing and how far out the shelves will go.

I did something like this to store light, long materials like conduit, PVC pipe, gutter, downspout, etc.

Plywood, 2x material, glue+screw, and triangulation will get you some sturdy brackets.

If you got a welder, then just go nuts. I prefer a round horizontal tube, materials dont catch, and plenty of strength.
