Going to be adding a shop to my property,

Slab on grade, 30-40 by 14 foot tall.

Congratulations on starting the process, that's good progress for day 1. Tough time of year to build, hopefully mother nature will be kind to you.

Do you have any sketches you can share? Also what are the specs for your slab?

I will look for some sketches and will post them later

The slab is spec'd out to be 6 inches of 4000 psi concrete rebar 2-foot grid

2 inches of Foamular 250 under the slab.

I went with Lancaster pole building, no progress today, pad is roughed in and stormwater is done. Congrats, and depending on the size prepare for sticker shock.

Yeah 10*12. Not a huge fan if them, but it will provide plenty of clearance.
