Has anyone ever used Tam Lapp Construction. If so what was your experience? Also any experience or preference on the "Post Saver" Rubber boot that is wraped around the bottom of the post to prevent rotting.

If you want a really permanent structure look into perma columns. I believe we have a salesman for them here.

Sounds like a highly biased opinion. How about putting up something that backs up you opinion. A website and a few case studies would help. We do welcome vendors here esp when they stick around and help. Look at how a couple of the flooring vendors contribute.
