i am wanting to build a new pole shed to do hobby and miss. work in my budget for the shell is around 20000.00 i have 2 location options the first is in the lot next to me that i bought a few years ago that was the original plan now i have been offered a 8 acher piece of farm ground to put one on 15min. from home. 1st? put it at home or at the farm? taxes would be a lot less i beleave on the farm witch means i could finish the building faster and be able to make more noise with out desturbing anyone but i would have to drive their and home any time i want to do something 2nd? with the 20000.00 in mind what size shell should i be able or expect to be able to put up? being in the midwest. my thought is a 50 x 70 x14 or 16 or a 60 x 80 x 14 or 16 so i can work on the type of equipment i like to monkey with and still have room to repair my pickup trucks i like to rebuild. as far as the in side i thought about concreting half to start and rocking the rest untill i have the money to do the rest and a freind will help me with the power he just does not know it yet i am still waiting to here from cleary morton and wicks so i just thought i would ask you guy's what i should expect them to say i can always push the project back a year or 2 to save more money since i have waited 10 years so far a couple more probly would not kill me. by the way i am new to this sight and so far it seems to be one of the best i have found out their you all seem like a great bunch of guy's and i look forward to chatting with you from time to time.
