i need a pole jack and have no idea where i can source one other than my cornwell man and he wants over 200 dollar's for his..... you guy's got any recommendations

Very nice. What is the foot pedal for is it part hydrolic?

The foot pedal is connected to a cam lever that raises the center screw saddle up and down about 6 inches. It's totally mechanical and works well due to simple design. It's good to give parts a quick push and hold while bolting or hanging parts. Get it close with the screw handle and push it home with the pedal.

Some of the HF have them for way less money. I got one from the Mac truck same import that many are selling like Matco, etc. a guy I work with got a HF one for like a 1/3 of the price.
