seen it done, kida neat, mixed some **** in a bucket and poured it in, kinda like the foam in a can, ( i'm this help alot lol)

Local electric cooperative has been using foam for at least 12 years when setting poles. It sets up quickly and the can start hanging transformers and wires as the poles go in. Works better than tamping fill dirt. And it takes less time and labor.

OK for power poles. But I would want concrete in a pole barn.
