Poll: 28x36x14 or 36x28x14

Figure start a little poll: If you had to choose between the two, which dimension would you build and why?

Things to consider in choosing dimension: 1.) Eventually will have either a 2 post or 4 post lift down the road 2.) Work on mostly cars, bu at times a full size truck with 6.5 box (no long box)?

Unless you need more length for some future boat/rv/trailer, I'd go with wider over longer. I never seem to have enough space to spread things out on the sides. But that's just me.

I would go 28w x 36d but only because I have a f250 ccsb and it barely fits in my 24' deep garage. It fits by about 16" in front and 10" in back.

I'm looking into building a 28x36x10. I seem to always have attachments on my Kubota and the length should work out better for me.
