Poly Aspartic vs Epoxy vs Polyurea.

Flooring... extends into driveway. My options are 3:

1) Polyspartic top layer + Polyurea bottom layer,
2) Polyspartic top and bottom layer
3) Polyspartic top layer + Epoxy bottom layer. There will be partial sunlight in the area.

All but option 2 come with lifetime warranty. Option 2 comes with 20 yr warranty. Option 3 is marginally cheaper. Which would you recommend?
Details: all 3 will be professionally installed.

We have never seen anyone using a combo of polyurea and polyaspartic, seems a bit unusual. Epoxy outdooors is not recommended, and if the topcoat allows UV through, then the epoxy will yellow, and while the poly may be UV proof, it will ALLOW UV to pass through it and hence affect the undercoat.

One of the only products we know of to stop this potential problem is using Ballistix NCO or Squire as an addtional topcoat since they are UV impervious.

As a general rule we never recommend coating beyond the garage door.

Thanks so much for the reply. We are leaning toward polyaspartic for both layers. The company that does Polyurea and Polyaspartic is Ninja Coatings, part of a bigger company that includes now 9 or so companies - with a $3B market.... it apparently is working for them and they apply a lifetime warranty to it. That said, we prefer the smaller company that is doing dual polyaspartic and also including a Fluer Di Lis inlay.
