Polyaspartic called TC One?

Found an Installer that I am almost ready to go with for my garage flooring project (~800 sft) and I feel really good about the following
1.100+ reviews on HomeAdvisor 4.95 rating
2. good price
3. lifetime warranty
4. good impression of Company (google)
5. good impression of Installer and franchise owner of "Company" (exchange of email and onsite visit): knowledgeable and ethical

The final open question/concern I have is the materials being used and I am hoping to get some guidance from this forum. Specifically I am looking for
1. Has anyone heard of American Industrial?
2. Has anyone heard of American Industrial 70% Solids Polyaspartic called TC One?
3. Has anyone used TC One?
4. What are the most important specifications (priority order) I should I be concerned with when looking at or comparing Technical Data Sheets?

2 [second coat] pigmented second broadcast bed coat using TC One

Result: Typical thickness for finished system is 16-20 mils

Coincidently I was thinking of starting this exact thread. I’m also thinking of going with a Polyaspartic floor of approx. 700 sq’. Mine is the Slide-Lok Commercial Floor Coating System.
A buddy had it done about 10 years ago and it is holding up well. He had a bad pour and they were going to hammer it out and redo. He had a thickened edge (rebar) and tubing for floor heat. So he got his for nothing instead of doing a tear out. Sure worked out in his favour.I want green highlight in mine and the installer will be doing up a sample to show me what he thinks I want and we will go from there.
Actually I was surprised at the install product price. On GJ I was expecting about $10 a sq.ft. He came in at $6.50 installed. Extra for cut line fills, baseboard or high lighting/striping with another colour.
Thought about some of the other products mentioned on GJ but with the exchange difference, shipping and custom charges it would have got expensive fast. The shipping via UPS, FEDEX et al are brutal on additional brokerage charges not to mention the percentage on the purchase costs.
We are entering our fall time of year and my window of opportunity is rapidly shrinking not to mention other tasks that still have to be done before freeze up.
