Looking to cover bare concrete. Want a good sealer that will hold up to heavy equipment, welding, cars etc. Was researching here but didn't see much on polyaspartic. Is this good on new bare concrete? Will it hold up well to my needs?

I am building a 30x60 barn don't wanna break the bank either. Not looking for the show room finish just something durable.

Thx for looking

A topical coating may be a let down in regards to welding. It will mark unless protected.
You can use PAP as a sealer. Grind as if for an epoxy and apply (2) coats.

An epoxy/urethane system will offer similar results.

With all the different products it is hard to determine what is best for my application. The cost of Epoxy and Urethane is an issue. I would be pretty upset if I spent $1000 on Epoxy and it was all marked up from welding or grinding. On the other hand I'm putting a large chunk of coin down on this concrete and don't want it all stained up either. I am not looking for the show room finish just something that is durable. I initially looked into Acrylic but read that is should be reapplied every 24 months? That is not something I want to do every 24 months. My brother used a product called curecrete when he did his. That has held up pretty good but I was looking for something a little better than that.

Once I started down that path is when I realized just how many products and opinions are out there.
