Can a polyaspartic coating be recoated years later? Would it require removal or just a sanding and new top coat?

Just sanding and a recoat. Degrease and then sand with 120-grit sandpaper or 100-grit sanding screen on a floor maintainer. Sweep/vac and then wipe the surface down with denatured alcohol or equivalent.
