Polyaspartic Flooring Bubbles

Hello,

Im trying to find out if the bubble formation in a polyaspartic coating is detrimental to the floor? I know this a thing when temps fluctuate. This is exactly what happened. Warm day followed by a cold evening. It came out great except a few clusters of small
bubbles (see pics). Although I ultimately want it fixed. The question at this point is its impact on the floors durability/life?

For reference the concrete was diamond ground and the slabs are not new.

There are several issues here. First, why? How long did you wait between coats?

The short answer is yes. The performance of the floor will be impacted and it is definitely more likely to stain

While bubbling can affect floor performance over time, you may be seeing outgassing that is finding it's way out so the floor may still be well adhered. Suggest as a starting point to lightly sand them down and see if they continue to occur.

Did you do any moisture testing prior to coating?
