Polyaspiratic floor spot repair

Hello,
We had a polyaspiratic floor installed over a treated plywood subfloor. Cracks are beginning to form along the joint where the coating meets the channel drain. What products, tools would you recommend to spot repair these cracks? Pictures attached.

Dissimilar substrates, expand and contract at different rates. This is probable why it's cracking where the wood meets the metal.

Have to grind out the loose material and spot coat.
Talk to the folks who installed, maybe they can repair for you.

This is an expected problem for the reasons stated above since wood expands and contracts with humidity and temperature and wood floors will often crack epoxies at the joints for this reason.

If your installers won't fix, Sikaflex or Metzger and McGuire RS-88 (better than Sikflex but more expensive, but available in 100 colors to closely match your floor) could be used to caulk the cracks.

We would recommend fixing these right away since what will happen is that now water will get into the wood and the wood will swell and cause larger areas to delaminate.
