I have a lead on 4x8 PolyIso foil-lined insulation sheets ($5/each). I have enough 3.5 inch EPS to do my 30x40 shop with double layers on the ceiling. I also will installed Prodex and then line the interior with Steel siding. I am wondering if Polyiso is better or should I try to get a few thinner sheets and use them to the exterior and then EPS, Podex and Steel. I am also considering using a lyer of PolyIso in the ceiling.

The deal seems to good to pass up, but I do not want to overloaded with insulation.

I also have a 40x70 shed that I could use some of the insulation in.

ISO, is the best "r" per inch of all the foams. I believe it's near a R-7 per inch. For $5, I'd buy it all, it sounds like you have the room to store it and even resell what you don't use.
