Polyurea coating question

Does polyurea coating require the surface to be grinded? What would happen if I applied it over a new smooth slab?

I think it's in the FAQ (double check me) but you can install it over fresh DRY concrete - final finish varies.
Note, in my experience (once) - fresh concrete will absorb a bit of this stuff, so you may get a yield on the low end per gallon.

Has to have good porosity.
