I diamond grinded my concrete garage floor and used some Legacy Industrials HD 821 Gel Crack Filler (which I believe is an epoxy). There was a delay in application of the polyurea and the HD821 has since long cured. I am wondering, do I have to re-grind or sand the HD821 now before laying down the polyurea? And if so, which? The product is since discontinued and the video instruction/blog instruction page say nothing about this...

Thank you

If you ground the repair flush with the concrete, then you are good to go. If not, then rough up the surface with some 120 grit sandpaper or equivalent.
