Alright, never laid epoxy did intensive prep work. Ground the floor with both diamabrushs removal, and prep tool, angle grinder.

Filled in all the cracks with epoxy filler. Ground smooth.

So here's where the error came in. I sealed the expansion joint all the way around the garage first, with loctite non sag concrete s10. I should have researched better. Too late now i can only move forward.

I've attached a picture.

Epoxy day is coming this Monday, need to get it done before its too cold.

Now my question is its stuck good really good. Do I pull it all out? Or can I still epoxy over and be okay?

I will never be setting anything near the edge of the joint. There will be no weight where it is sealed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you referring to the perimeter expansion joint between the slab and stem wall? It's hard to tell by the image. If so, you will be OK. The worse that may happen is that you may get some cracking of the coating along that edge.

Yes, its the perimeter expansion. If it cracks along the whole edge, will it cause the floor to fail and peel up?

No, just the edges where it meets the stem wall and maybe over the joint - that's it. If you are doing flakes you may not even see it. Nothing will crack where the epoxy is adhered to the concrete.
