I purchased a MV208 inspection camera from Princess Auto and am not very happy with the customer service. Before purchasing this item I submitted a question about the availability of the 5.5mm imager head. The response I got was "This unit comes with both 8.5mm and 5.5 mm heads."
So I ordered the MV208.When the product arrived, it only had a 8.5mm head.
So I contacted customer service and here is the response: "Please call 1-800-665-8685. They should come with both heads. your local store will be able to exchange this item or get you the missing head."
I called the number and got a very curt response that it doesn't come with the 5.5mm head and if I'm not satisfied I can return the Item. Now I see that they added another Q&A stating that the 5.5mm head isn't available and backdated it to a year before my question was asked.
That question and answer was not there before. The funny thing is, that I don't remember Autel inspection cameras being in the catalog a year ago, but I could be wrong on this.
I don't want to return the item. I want the 5.5mm imager head that I was told was included.
