Same here guys. I got my check today in the mail. Your customer srvice was first rate. I am parking on my bay every day and using the garage regularly. My wife has a BLT mat and I just let the tires cool down for an hour on my pavers when wet. The floor is holding up well to daily use and no fading from UV light.
THe guys at POR 15 Depot treated me very fairly. They refunded me 50% of my purchase cost on the POR 15 floor armor. This was fair because the product has one big limitation (warm, wet tires cause floor failure); I did not request a 100% refund because POR 15 Floor Armor holds up well in every other situation. In fact, if Corporate fixes this problem it would be the best product on the market, period.
But, the reality is I need RACEDECK or a BLT mat for each vehicle or I can park my warm, wet tires outside the garage for an hour and let them cool off.
My wife has a BLT mat and I may buy one for my bay. The BLT mat does not stick to the Floor Armor and the PEELING is now non-exisent in my wife's bay.
The cost of RACEDECK is about $3.00 per foot. The Floor Armor product allows me to save money on RACEDECK because I only need parking pads instead of the entire garage. Others can do the same as me and use a BLT mat or limited RACEDECK plus the POR 15 Floor Armor. At least you all now know that POR 15 may have one big limitation. It would be wise to plan your garage around that fact or use another product altogether.

Chris at POR-15 depot took care of me. Chris, I received the shipment. Like I have said in the past, I love the look of my floor, it is exactly the look I wanted. The only issue has been the hot wet tire. I am going to add 1 extra coat of clear too see if this solves my problem. I hope it will because everything eles about this product has been great. I will keep you all posted.
This is exactly what I fear!!!! I would sh@t if I went through all the work to have my floor peel anywhere that just bites...

A Fully cured concrete slab completly free of moisture clean the surface with supplies from kit then apply paint product to floor......

I would really like to change the title of this thread to avoid misleading people.
WOW, I just finished reading all of this. I was all set to buy it. They lead you to believe there is minimal prep. Just some minor cleaning and degreasing (no etching or sanding required) and then say it was from poor prep. They say that everything needed to prep is included and that's all that is needed. Well, I didn't see no concrete moisture barrier, PH level tester and such included. I might have overlooked it though. I live in Ohio and probably wouldn't have the problems that Value and others had but I think I will go another route. I have some old, dirty, and in some spots heavily oiled concrete and I don't think I will chance there product. I would rather etch it and sand it (like other companies say you will have to do) and spend more time knowing it won't peel up. Thx for all the input. Just my 2 cents and sorry you guys had so much problems.

Our products need to have 40f (slab temp)... Typically, the slab is warmer than the air temperature when you get to that temperature range. the floor can not be 'wet' but damp is OK if you prime with BondTite 1101. The lower temperature would drag out the cure times. We DO have some quick cure products that can be applied at an even lower temperatures.
If you have a new pour, if you use our BondTite 1501 as a curing sealer you won't have to do any prep! In addition, you won't need to wait 28 days either to coat the floor. You do have to wait at least 24 hours from the time you put on the BondTite 1501 before coating the floor (depending on the temperature).
