Porcelain tile what thickness?

Porcelain tile thickness ?
I've read most the threads on here about tiles and probably over loaded my brain with info.
What sort of thickness should I be looking for?

Tiles I have used are 8mm and 10mm thickness. Specs are more important. My 8mm thick tile is rated for higher load than 10 mm tile.
