Port Austin levels?

Was curious how they stack up vs a Stabila or whatever.

For construction trades, quite highly regarded here in their own local area. I'm not sure if the rest of the world knows about them. They've been doing it for a very long time.

PA are somewhat antiquated.
Ive found Stabila and Sola in a league of their own.
Crick and Smith are excellent wood levels but accuracy can vary.

I bought my first PA 48 years ago. It's still performing well. I just used it this past week to hang a bracket for the wife's transportation collection, you know, her brooms. And mops, dustpan, Cuban mop etc.

I haven't used the S & S manufacturers' products you've mentioned. I have a couple of mahogany long levels edged in brass I use sometimes.

I have a couple of PAs. Both are more than 30 years old. Still work as well as as any. Would buy another in a minute if I needed one.
