Can anyone give me a table of blade speeds and TPI for different materials? As well as blade suggestions? We ended up running all the teeth off some of the HK Morse/HF rebrands cutting some old pipe down to scrap it out. Thank you all for your hive mind of knowledge.

I use the 10/14 Lenox on both of my Milwaukee 4X6 bandsaws and they go right through everything I've thrown at them. My compact 18 and 12 volts have 18 tpi Lenox and they do cut heavier pipe, but nowhere near as well.

Edit: the M12 has 18tpi Milwaukee blades, Lenox doesn't make a blade for it that I am aware of.

I run Milwaukee 18tpi. That seems to be the best all around contender for the mix of metals we cut. Steel, alum n stainless. As for speed, WOT.

I like the Morse 8-11 blades for all but real thin material such as exhaust pipe.
