Thought I’d share a couple pics of my stand. Took a few ides here and there and came up with this. Saw is mounted with a tab in rear and toggle clamp. No mods to saw and can unplug and be removed easily for portability. Cuts perfectly square. Thanks.

Years ago, before I bought a Delta/Rockwell 2 speed 14" bandsaw, I made a simple bolt on table for my horizontal metal saw. My simple idea worked just OK. My horizontal saw was made "over there". I am surprised that it has lasted for over 20 years of heavy use.

Thanks! The clamp is from HF, basic toggle clamp. Think its rated at 5 or 600 lbs of pressure. The clamp secures the stock foot/guide of the saw. The rear tab is welded on. The full weight of the saw is on the tab and the clamp locks it in place. I cut all material with the bandsaw and cut the kerf with cuttoff wheel along a straight edge. Light comes on as a pilot when saw is running. Saw also has an led work light. Like others I velcro’d the trigger. I’m not much of a fabricator so I went basic but useful. Will be nice not to have to break out cutoff wheels all the time for materials.
