I bought a Milwaukee portable bandsaw used a few months back with the idea to make a table for it. Well, here it is. I also posted a YouTube video on it if would like to take a look at this newbies welding & fab skills.

Cool build. Nice and simple.

One tip, next time try using an actual cutting fluid like Rapid Tap or the like. You'll find it makes tapping and drilling steel so much better.

WD 40 is a good cutting fluid for aluminum though.

Thank you for the suggestion. It’s one of things I never remember to buy until it’s time to tap a hole

I have a couple I made. Once you start using it, it will be the e forever. Great for cutting small stock. I use mine all the time for metal artwork.
Next you'll be another for handheld use.

I have the Bosch 18v bandsaw for small hand held use.

Good deal. been meaning to make one for mine for about 10 years now. lol

little tip, when welding things that are galvanized coated such as the toggle clamp or electrical box, grind the coating off. also running the welder a tad hotter works better on coated stuff, just don't breath the fumes directly

Thx! I did grind off the coating before welding, but didn’t know about running a bit hotter. I appreciate the help
