I've been looking at this,
Clore JNC660 'Jump-N-Carry' 1,700 Peak Amp 12-Volt Jump Starter , any comments ? reviews before I pull the plug and buy it.

That is pretty much "industry standard" for jump packs. We have 4 at the shop and they work excellent. Buy it!

I have one

Works very well. I have used it 10-15 times a day for a week without issue (my battery was dead I was on a hunting trip).

I have also seen CAA (equivalent of AAA) use them for boosting cars by cold temps.. They guy said he uses all day without charge and it works perfect.

Guys in my shop beat the **** out of everything. We have a Mac branded one that's 4-5 years old. Still works and looks like new. So impressed I bought my own.

Yup - JnC all the way. Mine is on it's second battery after 7-8 years. Housing is really durable and damage resistant. Cloes will loose those clamp covers quickly (there's one at work with out them and a crack in the top case). Stay away from Schumacher at all costs - junk housings and overly complicated charging circuit that can't easily be repaired.

Best jump pack for the money and is the industry standard. Im in the towing industry and literally everyone uses them. At my job we have 7 of them that are constantly used, no issues at all. Ive easily jumped 25 cars in a day with one. BUT I also let it sit on the running vehicle while talking to the person as well (probably 5-10 mins)
