Hi folks, new here, figured I'd take care of a basic introduction along with my first question.
I recently moved to a new-to-me house with a detached garage. The garage is a modest downsize from my previous one, so I've been working hard on finding efficient solutions to storage problems, and have been making pretty good progress on that front.
One wishlist item I've always wanted, given that my hobby and majority use of my garage is automotive work, is outdoor hand washing capability. The vision in my head is something like this:
The main points which distinguishes this from past discussions I can find about similar is that I want to be able to fold this down and store it when not in use, as well as my intent to filter the drain.
Looking forward to your ideas.

One wishlist item I've always wanted, given that my hobby and majority use of my garage is automotive work, is outdoor hand washing capability. The vision in my head is something like this:
- A sink with faucet, perhaps goose-neck like a kitchen faucet
- Ability to connect the faucet to a garden hose, or directly via short length of hose to my outside hose bibb/silcock/spigot (whichever term you prefer regionally - and in my case is basically an outdoor faucet itself, with both hot and cold water)
- Sink constructed of outdoor-friendly materials e.g. maybe stainless or plastic
- Ideally the sink is a foldable structure, vaguely like a hunting game prep table (example)
- Ideally the sink has some sort of lid, so that if I leave it set up over the course of a couple day project, it doesn't fill with leaves or rain water
- Some sort of water/oil separation, and particulate filtering (capture the gritty pumice hand cleaner rather than put it down a drain)
- Drain the filtered water into a portable container, maybe a 5 gallon pail, which could then be dumped into the municipal sewer
The main points which distinguishes this from past discussions I can find about similar is that I want to be able to fold this down and store it when not in use, as well as my intent to filter the drain.
Looking forward to your ideas.
