The first thing I thought of was the Beta C41H, though the one you linked looks pretty slick. I'm surprised you don't like the Bosch system, I love mine, though you're right about the drawers. I don't own the Beta I mentioned, but I do have their C27S and it's absolutely awesome.

Another option to consider is the Dewalt Tough System. They have a few different drawer modules so you can set it up how you want, and the drawers are on full extension slides or very close to.

I went with the Ironton 20in. box from Northern Tool. Made by U-line without the bottom section. $144 normally, $114 on sale.

I liked that it had all metal drawers with bearing slides. I also didn't need the large dump bin on the bottom of the U-line version. Everything is stout and holds plenty of tools for travel or smaller jobs. I just move stuff I need into it from my large box. It is pretty heavy compared to all plastic models, even when fairly empty.

The Bosch is a smart system and has lasted me 3 years. My only complaint was destacking at the job site. Do recommend if that is not a problem for you.

The Beta looks totally awesome. Just waiting to see if my company will pay for it.

As for the Ironton 20". Seems like there is no way $114 will solve my problems but it looks great. If this $ comes from my own pocket, it and the SGS Heavy Duty 4 Part are definately on the list.

Max load capacity of 100 pounds would scare me. That is no doubt the max if you don't bounce it around in the back of a truck. PVC wheels are also a problem. How long do you need it to last?

How much was the Beta C41H, I emailed them but no response yet.

The SGS Engineering and the Ironton are in the top runnings.
