Thought I would do a review now that I have used them for awhile now...
Last summer I was looking to buy a cordless tool set and after narrowing it down to the Craftsman 19.2V and the Porter & Cable 20V. I ended up going with the Craftsman primarily because it was cheaper.
I went with a 4 piece set (drill, circular saw, light, sawzall) and added a bare 4.5"angle grinder. I was not impressed with the quality at all. On top of poor battery life the drill chuck wouldn't stay tight, the arbor on the grinder was too thick and didn't allow use of a cutoff disc (WTF?) and both the sawzall and circular saw seemed underpowered. The light wasn't LED and would quickly drain a battery.
About 2 months ago Woot.com had a 6 piece (drill, impact, sawzall, light, oscillating tool, and circular saw) Porter & Cable set for $300 so I jumped on it. I then added a bare 4.5" grinder from Lowes. I've been using them quite extensively the last couple weeks and have to say I'm very happy with the purchase. The set came with one normal battery and one double battery and battery life is great. Going to pick up at least one more battery so I can have one charging while using the other 2. I would rank the overall quality as very close to that of my Milwaukee M18 drill and impact.
The Craftsman set was promptly listed on craigslist after I started using the Porter & Cable set.
