I was recently look for an accessory for one of my Porter Cable power tools. Amazon had the accessory however it didn't list it as compatible with my tool. When I called PC the customer service rep told me that their web site didn't show it as compatible, but the packaging did show it as compatible. When I asked her which one should I believe the web site or packaging she said neither and she then sent me the accessory free of charge to verify for myself.
That level of customer service is rarely seen these days. I think I have a new favorite power tool company!
