Hello! I inherited my grandfathers Porter-Cable HOMEMASTER 6 INCH SAW MODEL 25 (possibly 125?) 115 VOLT, 9 AMP AC-DC Serial No. 19835
PORTER-CABLE MACH, CO. SYRACUSE, NY

My grandfather died in 1961 and my father kept it in his shop. I had earmarked/claimed it many years back.

Any information you guys might can glean for me would be great.

Trex 10 could you look for at the number again is it two numbers or three numbers?

They made a model 125 but it was a planer not a saw.

Edit they did make both the model 125 saw/planer

That reminded me of something I read years ago, which I found ...

I own a PC 743K circular saw which has the blade on the left.

Fifty bucks back in 1955? Holy ****! That's a one week paycheck back then!

I'm guessing they didn't sell many of these.
