I just received the Porter-Cable PCFP02040 compressor and it came direct from Black & Decker. I was skeptical of the $139.99 and then saw the ebay store was for Porter-Cable. This is the best price I've found, and on their ebay site it says quantities are limited. This is a new compressor, not refurbished.
