For the second time the charger on my PC 20v kit has crapped out. It's the 129.99 combo from Lowes.

First time was shortly after I bought it, so I returned it to Lowes, the charger showed a red light indicating a bad battery all the time. This time it doesn't show anything. It's been close to year now though.

I checked the PC website and it wasn't very clear about the warranty process. Should I take it back to Lowes?

On the other hand, this may be the opportunity to sell this kit and buy the M12 impact I've been eyeballing.

take it back to lowes. if they reject it, call PC.

or, if lowes is far, call PC and see what they say to do.

I will send them an email and see what they say.

I would be stoked it Lowes gave me a refund. I really like the tools, but replacing the charger every year is unacceptable.

They will most likely send you to a repair center. I would sell it and get the M12 impact

They took it back with a 100% refund, even though it's been nearly a year since the last return, albeit on a gift card. Anybody want a 100.00 Lowes gift card for 90 bucks?

I have an M12 Fuel 3/8 impact and 3/8 drill/driver ordered. Hopefully the Fuel is as good as everyone says, it was certainly more expensive.
