I'm not opposed to purchasing a new boot, but if I can re-use this, it would be ideal.
The boot is just over a year old. I am moving the stove and need to make a new exit hole.
I will be putting a new sheet of steel up there as well.
Anyways, I am not sure if removing the old Novaflex Adhesive/sealant would be a paint in the rear or not?

Obviously the critical part is the boot/roof connection. Bed it in well with a good sealant and be careful removing all of those fasteners. Those silicone "boots" are costly, but so are leaks. The low pitch roof is also working against you.
Be careful and pay attention to the details and you'll have a good chance of success. 👍

I think sealing to the pipe will be more critical.

Is this rated for use on a flue?

Odd to see a boot on top of the roofing like that, really should be lapped.
