I feel that if the forum is going to require a set post count to post in certain areas, then there should be certain areas of the board that don't count towards your post count.
It is all about stopping scammers and spammers. When you get to the posts required you have shown you are part of the forum community and then you can post in the classified section.
We have had to many in the past join and post scams taking money from others so this rule was put in place to police that and look after members.
100 posts are required to place a classified ad. It is there for the protection of all members, including yourself. If you want to postwhore to reach that goal, those posts will be deleted, as they have been to other members that have attempted to do so in order to circumvent the rules.
