looks like a Peter Wright. I am not certain, but the screw box washer might be swapped, and actually may be the thrust washer.

I think you’ve got it Zeus.
That “screw box” looks right. So does the mounting plate. I’ll scour it for markings tomorrow.

2nd the motion in that it very much resembles my peter wright. There was an earlier config of the hold down I seem to remember being 1800s
