Posting Pictures from photobucket?

yeah this is how I do it.
from the quick reply in garage journel
open another tab in windows explorer and open photobucket to my album, locate the image i want to post in gj thread, under the image go to the direct link, high light and right click and then copy.
go back to gj thread in quick reply click on the insert image tab (7th tab from left)
delete the address shown and right click and paste the link from photo bucket

In Photobucket, if you right click on the picture and then hit "copy image url" then in your post you have to paste that image url between
On my Photobucket page I have the view such that there are 4 link boxes below each pic. In this case you can just click on and copy the "IMG code" and the brackets are already there for you.
You can crop pics in the Photobucket edit section and also resizing the pic so it's not so huge in your post will save on Photobucket bandwith requirements.

I've noticed when I sign into Photobucket, I have no lower green tab to click to upload. But if I'm in the general area and click , the upload tab opens.

Here's how I did it.
1 - go to link you provided.
2- On the right of the photo, there's a heading titled "Direct Link." Click on the text next to that heading. This effectively copies the direct address of the photo. It's the same as highlighting it and hitting control and C.
3 - When you create a post, there is an icon with a little picture of a mountain and sun. It's called "insert image." Click on it. It will ask you "Please enter the URL of your image." Paste the URL you copied earlier into the box. Hit OK and it will create the HTML tags for you around the URL you provided.
There are multiple ways to do it, but this is a relatively easy way.

The only way to post pictures from your computer is to attach them to the post or upload them to a website like photobucket. When you write a post, there's a way to attach photos to the post.
1- go to the full post screen, not the quick reply screen.
2 - down below the text box will be a button called "manage attachments." Click on it.
3- You will then have to browse and find the photos on your computer. You can attach up to 7, but they have to be small. Then click "upload."
4- submit the post. The photos should now be attached to the post.
I attached a photo to this post to show you how it will look.

right now & for about a month I can't even load a page for photobucket and many other websites too,it says unable to open, operation aborted.....any help?

Sometimes I'll try to add a pic from my computer and it will say that the upload failed, other times it uploads just fine. When it fails, my fix is to go the photo on my computer, click edit, then "re-size" it to 90%......I don't know why this works, but it does.
