posting pictures

I have followed the directions but when I try to upload pictures all I get is "File upload failed". Any suggestions??

I was going to say maybe the file was too big, but I just tried to upload a 96kb file and it was also rejected

^^^ Not a problem. I learned how to down size photos today so there's a hidden lining!
