pouring cement question

for small shop (14x22) should I pour cement and then drill holes for poles or drill holes and put post in then pour cement or does it matter?

I assume this will be for a pole barn type of shop? I would 'place the concrete' AFTER you dig holes and place the poles, square the structure, etc. Good luck!

What ever way you do it, the "cement" will just blow away.

That's the second time you've picked up on this that I recall

Have actually filled the holes around the poles with fine gravel and poured a bag or 2 of cement in then left the rain to do the mixing... lol
