Can this ratchet be disassembled / cleaned without breaking it? I believe that it is from an older inexpensive set that came in a metal box labeled Power Master.

That looks like a spring steel retainer in the pic with the drive
facing up. If it is, you can carefully pry it from around the drive face.
Its in a groove.

This video looks like a similar build to yours.
(the way it comes apart)
A lot of times they just need a good cleaning and lube !

Looked at the video and this one doesn't have a clip under the face drive or the other side for that matter. I'm thinking that I may have to remove the direction selector clip, but there is no obvious way. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes - I Was able to unscrew the handle. Inside was a spring and ball. Further disassembly is unclear. I did lube the internals, but I still get some slippage when tightening a fastener.

Spring and a ball - sounds like that provides the detent for the selector switch. Unscrew the handle, remove the ball and spring, then try lightly tapping the selector switch out from the drive square side of the ratchet, using a punch. If you're getting slippage, you've either got dried up grease, or a worn out ratchet.
